Leadership Coaching
Authentic people first develop their selfleadership. It means you lead your life from your true self, aka selflove and not from your unhealthy ego. It gives you trust, confidence, joy, mutual respect, uplifting boundaries, clarity of actions, focus.... This course is for you if you want to uncover your gifts. Naturally inspiring and empowering others to do the same.
Renowned professor and social researcher Brené Brown interviewed professionals about leadership. The unanimous result of her research was that we need more brave leaders, leaders with courage who are able to do the inner work and lead from there, whether that is leading themselves, their project or their team(s). At the core of selfleadership lies selflove. Being yourself and loving yourself is a big part of finding your personal happiness and expressing authentic leadership and success.
Your leadership is defined by your courage and commitment to be who you truly are. It is a moment-to-moment practice in a world that easily distracts you from yourself, and as such leaves you without access to your presence and greatest talents. It's essential that you have a clear view on how you form your (self)leadership and love, or the lack thereof, through your relationships, past failures and successes, how you see the world, your place in it and what you manifest from there.
In this coaching program you learn authentic leadership, act from there and naturally invite others to do the same.
You receive 7 modules. Each respresenting another aspect of (self)leadership.
You start with Meditations where you work on unconscious beliefs about yourself and your (self)leadership.
With the Videos and Workbooks you work actively on your conscious level. You watch videos on the diverse aspects, you reflect, read, talk, and start practicing in your daily life to do the work.
In the Coachings you finetune your practice and strongly anchor your (self)leadership.

Frequently Asked Questions:
How do I use the program?
- You have 7 modules with meditations and videos of varying length. Each with a workbook to deepen your connection to yourself.
- You do the meditation before watching the videos at your own pace. Each meditation has a different topic and varies in length. See when the practice fits best into your schedule. It would be silly to push&rush to relax. It helps to set a fixed moment. Feel free to repeat one specific session for every day or for a longer amount of time.
- You focus on one topic/module at a time. To get the most out of it you want to prepare for the reflective exercise in your workbook with both the meditations and the videos.
- You can choose to do the program weekly or bi-weekly. It takes you 7, or 14 weeks consecutively.
- You have 1 coaching per module and we end with a session reviewing your transformation.
- When you take this course with your team, we start it together with a keynote, you take it in your own time, and we end it again together with a closing session so you can anchor all the richess you've gathered individually during this course, and implement the benefits together as a team.
When does the program start and finnish?
- The program starts on your chosen date.
- When you do the coaching as a team 2 extra sessions are included to set you up together, go through the course on your own, and come back as a team in a closing session.
- The program takes 7 to 14 weeks. You have access to the recordings for 1 year.
