Connection Course


What happens when you feel connected? You feel confident, relax, joyful and capable to realize your dreams. It's a basic state we all have within us. When you feel connected, everything grows, your trust, your creativity, what you realize in a day, your belonging. You feel more whole.


But sometimes we loose it. Knowing connection and repairing it when it breaks is key to your flow. With this course you discover your connected and disconnected state. And how you respond to stress or relax signals of your own, and others that influence you. You get to connect to your authentic self, and relate from there.


Your best version shows when you are relaxed. It is rarely wise to act or make decisions when you are in a contracted state of stress. We all had to or have to navigate difficult or unclear situations which can develop into stress and a disconnect from ourselves. When you feel unsafe, your body and mind essentially go into one of the four defense mechanisms - 'fight', 'flight', 'freeze' or 'fawn'. For some of us this can develop into chronic stress. But luckily there is a way to turn that around, and get back into your authentic self.


Professor dr. Stephen Porges from the University of North Carolina explains in his research how our nervous system influences our thoughts, feelings and behavior through automatic reactions and how this can essentially lead to poor decisions or conclusions if we are not conscious of it. Beliefs then distort your reality for the negative and create resistance to manifest your dreams. The skill to make sure you're grounded, relax and open, with a judgement that is clear and not impaired -about yourself, and others- is of high value when you want to manifest your dreams.

In this course you learn how to get grounded in your connection. You know how to transform automatic reactions when you get stressed, and get back into connection in a caring and efficient way. Set to feel good and thriving.






With the Videos you discover the connection and safety you experience. As well as the danger that is stored in your body&mind, the beliefs and actions you unconsciously reproduce over and over whenever you go into FFFF.

With the Exercises you work on these unconscious beliefs that are ingrained in your body&mind. You transform fears and beliefs, you calm your nervous system, you find solutions, and find your strong base for safety and connection.

How do I use the program?

  • In a combination of short videos with exercises you get to reset your nervous system.
  • With handy charts you learn what your nervous system is telling you (and that of your coworkers and familymembers).
  • Understanding how our body keeps us safe and training physically helps to sooth you. You are capable to better manage what is going on when people get in their defensive modes and trigger you. You learn to bring back the balance and strength in your own body and mind, and invite others to do the same.
