This course is for those who have the courage to dive into their inner world to both uncover their fullest gifts and their shadows in order to emerge, for themselves and for others, with authenticity, clarity, focus and purpose in their life and work.


Renowned professor and social researcher Brené Brown interviewed professionals about leadership. The unanimous result of her research was that we need more brave leaders, leaders with courage who are able to do the inner work and lead from there, whether that is leading themselves, their projects or their teams. At the core of selfleadership lies selflove. Being yourself and loving yourself is a big part of finding your personal happiness and exuding authentic leadership and success.


Selflove defines as the courage and commitment to be who you truly are. It is the essence of selfleadership, and the biggest invitation to others as a leader. It is a moment-to-moment practice in a world that easily distracts you from yourself through social media, expectations and the like, losing your centre and not having access to offer your greatest talents to your projects. Moreover, since we are made for connection with others, it is therefore essential that you also get a clear view on how you form your selfleadership, or the lack thereof, through your relationships, past failures and successes, and how you see the world and your place in it. And then you get to understand how that influences your leadership. From this place you can grow your team members through your leadership exponentially.


In this course you learn selfleadership, selflove and leadership with others. You practice and explore how strengthening these skills improve an energising daily schedule, your stance in relationship to others, your authenticity, health, growth through vulnerability, and your empowered self, both professionally and in private life. This course is a courageous deep dive into your true worth and essence to take centre stage, and invite others to do the same.



In the Leadership course we work with meditations, video courses and a workbook to guide you into your leadership journey to create a loving life and leadershipstyle.

We work with 7 modules, each highlighting another aspect of your (self)leadership. Before every module you start with the Selflove Meditations where you work on deep restorative relaxation, while at the same time reprogamming your taught beliefs about yourself and your (self)leadership. Here you work on your unconscious beliefs.

With the preparatory Selflove Videos you top that with also working actively on your conscious level. You watch videos on diverse leadership topics, your reflect, you read, you talk, and you start practicing in your daily life and actively do the work.

In the Selflove Coachings we finetune your learnings and practice and strongly anchor your (self)leadership.

Frequently Asked Questions:


How do I use the program?

  • You have 7 modules with corresponding meditations and videos of varying length.
  • You do the meditation before watching the videos at your own pace. Each meditation has a different topic and varies in length. See when the practice fits best into your schedule. It would be silly to push&rush to relax. It helps to set a fixed moment. Feel free to repeat one specific session for every day or for a longer amount of time.
  • Once you have done the meditation, you continue with the videos.
  • You focus on one topic/module at a time. To get the most out of it you want to prepare for the reflective exercise in your workbook with both the meditations and the videos.
  • The 7 pillars of selfleadership are scheduled for 14 weeks. This means you have 2 weeks of practice for each module.
  • You have then 1 coaching per module and we end with a session reviewing your established practice.
  • When you take this course with your team, we start it together with a keynote, you take it in your own time, and we end it again together with a closing session so you can anchor all the richess you've gathered individually during this course, and implement the benefits together as a team.


When does the program start and finnish?

  • The course starts on your chosen date. When you do the course as a team 2 extra sessions are included to set you up together, go through the course on your own, and come back as a team in a closing session.
  • For the group coaching the new dates are periodically updated. Then we work together for 8 consecutive weeks.
  • You have access to the course for 6 months.
